How am I billed? Is it monthly or yearly?
At this time, we only offer monthly billing. You will be billed on a monthly basis with the option to pay via credit card. Plans with a one year committment will be billed monthly at the discounted rate.
Will I automatically be billed for an upgrade if I go over my plan’s allowed usage?
If at any point during your current billing cycle you move into the next payment tier (defined by the number of your active users), you will be charged at the next tier level in the following billing cycle.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Do I have to pay for additional applications?
The payment tiers are based on number of applications, active user counts and/or data retention periods. For more details and a breakdown of each plan, check out our pricing page.
What is Active Users?
Active Users is the total number of unique users that send one or more heart_beat events. We identify these users using the client_uid property (a unique user ID assigned by the SDK and sent with every event). Pricing is based on Monthly Active Users; that is, the number of unique users that send an event during a monthly billing period.
What is an event?
An event has a type, a timestamp, and any number of other attributes that ultimately help you track, and better understand your application(s), and how customers interact with it. You can choose from our standard default events, or create your own with custom attributes. For example: Installs, Uninstalls, Clicks, Heart_Beat, Setting Changed, Crash.
