What is a data point?
A data point is counted for each piece of data tracked, such as sessions and events. Each time one of these is processed by our analytics, a data point is used.
What if I have more than 10,000,000 data points per month?
We have enterprise plans available for those who have more than 10,000,000 data points. Enterprise plans are available for users requiring: more data points; more applications; custom domain; uptime SLAs and priority support.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
What payment options do you offer?
